About Me

Hello, my name is Ire. I am a passionate developer with a strong foundation in computer science and software engineering. My journey began with a curiosity about how things work, leading me to pursue a degree in Computer Science at Babcock University. After which, I continued to expand my knowledge and skills by completing my MSc. in Computational Data Science and Engineering and also through various projects and internships.

Throughout my academic career, I have been involved in various projects that have honed my skills in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++ and JavaScript. I have also worked on several collaborative projects that have taught me the importance of teamwork and communication in achieving common goals.

My recent work includes fine-tuning and evaluating language models, building retrieval-augmented chat systems, and designing practical classification pipelines with strong metrics and thresholding strategies. I’m comfortable working in Python and modern ML tooling, and I also enjoy the software engineering side: clean APIs, testing, debugging, and automation.

My interests lie in creating innovative solutions to complex problems. I enjoy exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve existing systems and develop new applications that can make a difference in people's lives.
